Based on 1,859 reviewsLa Perla Ai Bisatei is widely praised for its authentic Venetian cuisine and warm, rustic ambiance, making it a favored spot among both locals and visitors in Murano. Reviewers frequently highlight the high quality and traditional flavors of the dishes, with special mention of classic Venetian specialties such as bacala mantecata and fried calamari. The cozy atmosphere and welcoming service contribute to a memorable dining experience. However, the restaurant’s popularity often results in busy periods and crowded waiting areas, with some guests noting the need for patience during peak times. Overall, it is celebrated as a genuine and reasonably priced Italian dining destination.
It’s cozy, food is delicious. Nice meal w wine, we enjoy our lunch here a lot. The waiter is nice and welcoming. Thank u so much!
If you're looking for an authentic Venetian dining experience, La Perla Ai Bisatei delivers in every way. From the moment you walk in, the warm and rustic atmosphere sets the tone for a memorable meal. The menu boasts traditional Venetian dishes, and I was particularly impressed by the quality and flavor of the food. We started with the fried calamari, which was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—exactly how it should be. The mussels with tomato sauce were another standout, served in a rich and flavorful sauce that had just the right balance of sweetness and tang. The highlight of the meal, however, was the risotto. Creamy and cooked to perfection, it was a comforting dish that truly captured the essence of Venetian cuisine. Paired with a glass of local wine, it was a meal to remember.
I came to this wonderful restaurant 20 years ago and it's still the best one. I know you have to walk around Murano to find it but believe me, will be the best experience ever. Special mention to the bacala mantecata a typical Venetian dish. It's prepared daily here with great taste, for me is the best. This is where locals come to eat, don't expect a typical turist restaurant. This is what we call cucina de la nonna (Grandsma cooking style). Don't miss spaghetti alle vongole and the tiramisu which is hand made. Every time I come to venice this is a must-visit. Away from the crowd and perfect for the real italian experience
Great Italian restaurant. If you are on the island of Murano and want to grab a bite to eat, it is definitely worth stopping by here. A colourful place with delicious food and for reasonable money! Recommended!
We had a great meal here, but this restaurant is extremely busy. We arrived around lunch time but waited in line for some time. Good prices. I recommend you go as early as you can. It is very busy. The waiting line is inside and it is very cramped, doors can hit you and people bump into you. The server had made a mistake on our order and apologized on our way out (we decided not to bring it up during our meal) and he very kindly offered us some limoncello. Very kind staff here!
Wow. It’s a very nice and cozy restaurant with excellent service and amazing food. The atmosphere was fantastic, and on top of that, the prices for food and drinks are very reasonable. Definitely stop by for a great lunch!
Had the pasta and the grilled fish. Really high quality food at affordable price. The restaurant was really packed but the staff was still very patient and service was excellent. The tiramisu was awesome as well!
Excellent Italian restaurant. We stumbled upon it by accident during the hot lunchtime. It was a real immersion into Italian cuisine, all the dishes were delicious, the portions were large, the dessert was simply magnificent. The service made a special impression, our waiter Simon was very friendly and despite the restaurant being fully booked, he managed to get everywhere. I would like to come back here again and will recommend it to my friends. Thank you
